Your package includes accommodations for one or two people, depending on your choice of occupancy, meals for the duration of the conference, and access to networking events and presentations.
Halifax is full of activities and places to visit! We will be providing a list of major attractions and optional group activities for spouses and partners. More information will be shared as soon as possible.
When you register, you have the option to add an overnight stay before or after the event (Wednesday night or Sunday night). If you’d like to further extend your stay, please contact Nadine Charlebois (ncharlebois@uapinc.com).
Attendees must provide their own transportation from the airport to the hotel. Taxis are always available at the airport. The drive is around 30 minutes.
Your children may accompany you to the event. Please note, however, that children will not be admitted to the general sessions, workshops, or events held in the evening (i.e., the Thursday evening welcome reception, Friday evening exhibition, and Saturday evening gala). A fee of $275 per child will be added to your package total. This fee covers meals as well as the group activity on Saturday afternoon. Please also note that childcare will not be available on site. Please contact Nadine Charlebois to register your children to the event.
As we will welcome participants from across Canada, presentations will be made in one of the two official languages and translated simultaneously.
The national convention will be the only event in 2023 for members of the NAPA AUTOPRO network.
If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible. The initial deposit of $250 is non-refundable as well as all monthly amounts already paid at the date of cancellation. If you had paid the full amount of your package when you registered, we will deduct the $250 deposit and the equivalent of the monthly payments that would normally have been made at the date of cancellation.
